Shipping Information
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently have two shipping options. As we ship world wide our current options are U.K. standard delivery and rest of the world delivery. As for the rest of the world delivery please allow an extra few more days than the standard delivery waiting time.
How Long Does Standard U.K. Delivery Take?
We usually aim for your order to be with you within 1-2 working days of placing your order. However it can take up to 7 business days for your order to be with you. Please note if you order after 6pm your order will be processed on the next day.
What are your sizes like?
All our sizing is U.K. standard sizing unless advised otherwise on the product description. For example if a product is fitted/slim fit it will be noted on the product description and title. We use the U.K sizing chart used by the largest retails in the U.K.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If the item you have ordered does not fit and you need a bigger or smaller size then we will have no problem exchanging it for you. Using the returns note enclosed with your parcel you will easily be able to return your order. Please note that unless an item has a manufacturing fault all customers are liable for delivery charges. On the rare occasion if the item is faulty then please contact us and we can deal with it accordingly as we aim to keep a high level of customer service.
How do I order a personalised item?
Our personalised range is now easier than ever to order. All you have to do is click on the personalised category section, select which garment you would like and just below, you can input in the notes section what you would like to be personalised e.g. your name and the position of it.
You can also upload an image as part of your artwork. Please note that adding an image is optional.
