Once an order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm this. We at Kaka Apparel have the right to change or disregard an order due to understandable reasons if necessary.

Achknowledge that due to lighting and digital reason the images of the products may be a little different in real life.

All personalised items instructions will be followed and that is exactly how we will carry out this order. All personalised items are NON refundable and no exchange can be given.

All sizes are approximant of UK sizes however if a size is not right we will be happy to exchange it for you.

All goods are subject to availabilly. If a product is out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible and will not be charged for any item out of stock.

For any promotion codes and offers the owner has the right to refuse and withdraw any codes and promotions at any time.

By ordering outside of the UK any additional charges such as taxes are to be paid by the customer and Kaka Apparel cannot be held responsible for any charges.

All items purchased in a sale are non refundable and only available as an exchange.

Kaka Apparel is not held responsible for any breach of laws by a customer.

In the case of an event out of our control such as motor accidents, earthquakes etc, we cannot be held responsible for any items not delivered on time. However in the case of this please do contact us and we will try our best to sort it out.
